We are pleased to announce our partnership with Mercury DIC, bringing together two complementary areas of expertise in material testing and optical measurement. 4a engineering develops high-performance testing systems and simulation solutions for material characterization, battery testing, and product development. Mercury DIC provides MercuryRT, a Digital Image Correlation software platform for real-time, full-field strain and deformation analysis across a wide range of industrial applications. The partnership builds on an existing connection: LINOVIS®, 4a engineering’s electro-dynamic testing system, as well as IMPETUS® already support integrated high speed cameras as part of their standard configuration — making optical measurement a native part of the test workflow rather than an external add-on.
By combining 4a engineering’s testing hardware and simulation expertise with Mercury DIC’s optical measurement software, customers gain a tighter, more complete path from physical test to validated material data.
