What is NAFEMS?
Founded in 1983, NAFEMS is the only independent, not-for-profit global organization dedicated exclusively to engineering simulation. It covers disciplines including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and multibody simulation. More than 30,000 engineers and over 1,000 organizations worldwide are members, ranging from large manufacturers to academic institutions and specialist consultancies. NAFEMS sets internationally recognized best practices and provides its members with training, research, publications, and a global expert community.
